I'm Leslie.

A Product Design Lead who is a data driven systems thinker, collaborator, and good storyteller.

about

I've spent my career in human centered design: from UI and UX design and prototyping, to research and management. I'm fluent in agile methodologies and work across teams to define and drive requirement execution, administer protocols for research and closely collaborate with engineers. As a Product Design Leader, I also organize schedules, allocate resources and organize and cultivate an open environment of collaboration to facilitate team alignment and progress towards measurable results.

How I do it.

Each stage of my process has a set of possible artifacts to be created. Specific deliverables are individually choosen based on the appropriateness for a given project.

  • Consider: research and gather data
  • Concept: ideation, prioritization and planning
  • Create: outline, design and prototype
  • Conclude: measure, test and iterate

My motivations

As a multidisciplinary designer I'm geared toward system thinking and strategy. I'm motivated by positivity, growth/learning and appreciate good storytelling.
