I focus on identifying structure across complex systems, translating ambiguity into decisions that shape product direction. My work blends systems thinking with qualitative and quantitative research to shape products that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

My motivations

I’m drawn to understanding how systems work—seeing the full picture across people, workflows, and constraints, and finding ways to make them simpler and more effective. I enjoy working collaboratively to bring that shared understanding into focus so teams can move forward with clarity and confidence. I care deeply about building products that are useful, coherent, and well considered.
